Show Rules
· The vendor/exhibitor will keep all shotguns, rifles, handguns, magazines, clips, crossbows, and any other weapons that enter the venue (including personal guns) unloaded at all times.
· All mentioned above firearms and weapons will be tied in a manner that will not allow them to be loaded or fired.
· NO alcohol on premises consumed or dispensed at any time during event (including set up and breakdown).
· No illegal knives or weapons of any type will be allowed for display or to be sold.
· Vendor/Exhibitor understand and acknowledges that if a weapon should discharge at the Vendor/Exhibitors table or a weapon is found loaded at the Vendor/Exhibitors table: The Vendor/Exhibitor may be immediately evicted from the show without refund; may be banned from all future Big Tex Gun Shows; and may have criminal or civil charges pressed.
· Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for all actions of its employees, agents, and any others in its party.
· Big Tex Gun Show reserves the right to ask the vendor/exhibitor to remove any undesirable materials from tables that is not appropriate for a family event. Vendor/Exhibitor may not display or sell flea market items or materials.
· Vendor/Exhibitor will not demonstrate any nonlethal self-defense products including but not limited to: stun guns, tasers, or blow guns.
· Vendor/Exhibitor will not be disruptive to other vendor/exhibitors and noise must be confined to their rental space.
· Vendor/Exhibitor acknowledges and understands the they may be evicted from current and future Big Tex Gun Show events without refund or other recourse if: 1) a weapon discharge occurs at the vendor/exhibitors table, 2) possesses a loaded weapon, magazine, or clip, 3) possesses alcoholic beverages or controlled substances within the show venue, 4) violates and federal, state, or local laws, 5) violates any rules of the show.
· Vendor/Exhibitor at all times obey insurance, fire marshal, and venue regulations and rules.
· Vendor/Exhibitor will keep all items on or below tables. Vendor/Exhibitor must make all sales from its reserved tables and will not solicit sales from the front door or from other vendor/exhibitor tables. Vendor/Exhibitor understands and acknowledges the space behind tables is to be equally divided and shared between exhibitors.
· Vendor/Exhibitor will not obstruct the aisles in any way, shape, or form. Nothing will be placed in front of, on the side of, or in the aisle of any tables.
· Vendor/Exhibitors will pay all fees when tables are booked for a show. If all fees are not paid tables are not reserved and will be sold.
· Vendor/Exhibitors understand and acknowledge that show hours are Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm CST. Set up times for any show will be the Friday before the show date from 1pm to 7pm (unless otherwise noted for a specific show).
· Vendor/Exhibitors will stay in the show building during show hours for both days of the show and will not leave early.
· Vendor/Exhibitors that do not arrive prior to show opening at 9am to set up their reserved tables will forfeit all money and tables will be resold.
· Vendor/Exhibitors may roll tables under these rules: 1) 15 days notice – full balance rolled to next date for same location. 2) 14 days to 8 days notice – ½ balance is rolled to next date for same location. 3) 7 days notice – forfeit all money.
· Vendor/Exhibitors will wear vendor badge at all time during the show and to enter the building. These will be given at check in. If a vendor/exhibitor is caught giving vendor tags to outside people that are not employees will be charged full admission price and will not be allowed back to future Big Tex Gun Shows.

· Big Tex Gun Show Productions LLC will make all final decisions on any and all merchandise displayed, actions of vendors/exhibitors, and all consequences.
· Big Tex Gun Show Productions LLC reserves the right to refuse rental of tables or spaces to any Vendor/Exhibitor.
